How to use 

Use our “scrub in/scrub out” method: evenly distribute through wet curls and scrub in to scalp with fingertips. For maximum toning, leave in 2-3 minutes. Scrub out while rinsing thoroughly. Follow with your favorite One Condition®. Use every 2-3 washes or as needed, alternating with your regular cleanser.
