HOW IT WORKS
MeliLax Pediatric promotes bowel movement while also providing a protective effect that soothes the rectal mucosa.
The dual action of MeliLax is provided by PROMELAXIN® a mix of nectar and honeydew honeys specifically selected and processed for their monosaccharide, polysaccharide and melanoidin content, enriched with a polysaccharide fraction from Aloe vera and Mallow.
MeliLax Pediatric has an evacuative effect promoting bowel movement.
In addition, thanks to its mucus-like properties and viscosity, MeliLax Pediatric protects the rectal mucosa during the passage of stools.
These special properties, combined with its antioxidant action, help the product protect and soothe the mucosa.
Warnings
Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components. In the case of persistent constipation, it is important to consult a doctor to rule out other illnesses.
Each micro-enema is disposable; therefore, it must not be reused even if only half of the contents are administered, as in the case for infants.

Promelaxin® complex of honeys and polysaccharides from Aloe Vera and Common Mallow titrated in: monosaccharides ≥ 50%, polysaccharides (molecular weight > 20,000 dalton) ≥ 0.3%
