How to use:
- Insert heating pad into linen cover.
- Flex/bend the metal coin to activate the heating agent. Pad will heat up and solidify in a matter of seconds. *This will stay warm for about 30 minutes
- To reuse, boil or steam for at least 15 minutes until it becomes soft and clear again and let cool. Be sure to keep the pad in its linen pouch when putting in the pan/steamer to protect the pad. Reusable up to 100 times!
