Shipping
The Outdoor Plus Fremont Fire Table ships via freight carrier with complimentary curbside lift gate delivery included on every order — no hidden fees. Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment at your convenience.
Please note: Curbside delivery means the carrier will unload your order to the curb or end of your driveway. If you require inside delivery or white glove service, please select the White Glove Delivery upgrade at checkout.
Inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery before signing. If any damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected].
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Fremont Fire Table. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original, uninstalled condition
- Customer is responsible for return freight shipping costs
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or connected to a gas line are not eligible for return
- Custom or made-to-order configurations are final sale
- To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
Warranty
The Outdoor Plus backs the Fremont Fire Table with the following limited warranty coverage:
- 3 years on the stainless steel pan and fire ring (residential use)
- 1 year on electronics, gas components, and ignition systems
- Decorative finishes, powder coat, and lava rock are not covered under warranty
This warranty applies to residential use only and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines. All gas connections must be performed by a licensed professional — damage resulting from improper gas installation voids the warranty.
