The Borla(r) team has created a system especially for the 2.7L Ford Bronco. This Axle-Back exhaust system is engineered for performance and has our Touring sound that gives you a mild sound of power with no drone. The entire assembly is coated black with a high temperature finish. This exhaust system features a 2.5" inlet that flows into a 2.5" inlet that flows into a 2.75" pipe and exits via dual 2.5" diameter tail pipes with 4" round black coated T-304 stainless steel exhaust tips. A system with polished T-304 stainless steel tips is also available. Our custom muffler hanger design moves the hanger out of sight for a clean appearance. T-304 stainless steel construction provides additional durability over the stock exhaust. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. Give your Bronco a boost in performance and sound, bolt on a Borla(r). All Borla(r) Cat-Back(tm) and Axle-Back systems are made in the USA and are covered by our Million-Mile warranty. Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
