Located 330 metres above sea level, the estate is managed entirely organically, looking for a balance between human activity and expression of the terroir. Production is naturally non-intensive, respectful of the eco-system and biodiversity, and aimed at creating authentic, genuine wines.
This fruit-driven Gavi has bright citrus acidity and white floral aromas, with notes of orange blossom, freshly cut limes and baked bread. On the palate, there are delicate mineral notes with a touch of sage, and a creamy texture.
Pair with: Anchovies, antipasti, cheesy risotto
