Mills Brewing Saison Cider Cask 7% (750ml)On 27th November 2017 Mills Brewing produced a bitter wort using barley, oat and rye malts similar to traditional saison brewing. This was fermented for 11 months in three large oak cider casks from Tom Oliver. Two of these casks worked particularly well together, so were blended and dry hopped. They chose Motueka (it is especially good this year) and Celeia, as these hops complement each other very well. Limited to 1 per customer, sorry
